Not a lot of writing at all or tid bits or extras just simply as it is stated, "in pictures!" Hope you enjoy the leading lady Carole Lombard. Carole Lombard was nominated for her role in the 1936 classic; "My Man Godfrey."

This beautiful and very talented actress lit up the silver screen in the 1920's, 1930's, and the early 1940's. Her early death via a plan crash in 1942 at the age of 33 ended such a promising career. During her short time she found love twice with her first husband actor; William Powell and then her true love Clark Gable. Other noteworthy films range from; "To Be or Not To Be" "Made for Each Other" "Nothing Sacred" "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" and many more.  Enjoy everything "In Pictures" dedicated to a true classic leading lady; Carole Lombard!
